🌸 Are your pieces handmade?

Yes. Every piece from Fifi Perles is carefully handmade. Because of this, each item is unique and may have slight variations — that’s part of the beauty of handmade jewellery.

🌸 What materials do you use?

We use a selection of high-quality beads, crystals, pearls, and metals. Material details are listed on each product page. If you need specific information (e.g. gold-plated, stainless steel, glass beads), feel free to contact us.

Please note we do not use real gold or silver for any of our jewellery.

🌸 Is your jewellery hypoallergenic?

We aim to use skin-friendly materials wherever possible, but sensitivities vary from person to person. If you have allergies, please message us before ordering so we can advise you.

🌸 Do you offer custom or personalised orders?

Yes — custom designs, colour changes, and personalised pieces may be available. Contact us with your idea and we’ll let you know what’s possible and any additional turnaround time.

🌸 How do I know what size to order?

Where relevant, sizes are shown on certain product listing. We recommend measuring your wrist, ankle, or waist with a soft tape measure for best results or clothing size can also be given.  If you’re unsure, message us and we’ll be happy to help.

Please also leave a note of sizing on notes/remarks before checking out.

🚚 How long does shipping take?

For items already listed. Please allow:

• Shipping time: 1-3 business days for all UK orders & 3-7 business days for international orders.

For items made to order. Please allow:

• Processing time: 2-3 business days.
• Shipping time: 1-3 business days for all UK orders & 3-7 business days for international orders.

You’ll receive a confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

🚚 Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been started yet, we may be able to change or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Returns & Issues

♻️ Do you accept returns?

Due to the handmade nature of our products, returns are accepted only on unworn items in original condition. Custom or personalised pieces are non-returnable unless faulty.

♻️ What if my items arrived damaged? 

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we’ll make it right.

Jewellery Care

 

To keep your jewellery looking beautiful:

 

• Avoid contact with water, perfumes, and lotions
• Remove jewellery before showering, swimming, or sleeping
• Store in a dry place, preferably in a pouch or jewellery box
• Gently wipe with a soft cloth after wearing

 

 

Proper care will help extend the life of your handmade piece.
